The below information relates to orders placed and shipped within INDIA.

What kind of a package can I expect my shipment?

We use tamper proof packing to provide maximum safety for the products during the storage and transit. In hot summer conditions, we use weatherproof packing, where free cold packs are placed inside the package.
Note: please do not accept if the package has tampered.


To which cities does yumwarehouse ship?

We ship to around 5000 pin codes in India.


How long will it take to deliver my order?

Orders will be dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from the time you place your order, excluding Sunday and other national holidays. Orders will be delivered within 7-10 working days. We cannot promise any fixed date of delivery, but we promise to deliver your order as soon as possible. Our delivery via Courier may reach in advance or late by 3-5 days as per date of delivery. No deliveries are made on National Holidays and Sundays.


Will chocolates melt during delivery of shipment?

We use tamper proof packing to provide maximum safety for the products during the storage and transit. In hot summer conditions we use weatherproof packing, where free cold packs are placed inside the package. Sometimes even after taking all precautionary measures with our shipment, there is always a chance that chocolate may melt during transit. Please consider the type of chocolates you are purchasing during warm weather months, as we cannot give refunds for melted products.


What if my order gets delayed?

Orders can be delayed due to product unavailability for immediate dispatch. In this case, we will ship your shipment in multiple packages. You will not experience additional shipping charges; your shipping charge will simply be split into multiple packages.


How can I cancel my Order?

An Order can be cancelled at any point of time prior to dispatch for shipment. To cancel your order, provide us the order number that was sent to you via our automated order confirmation email. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. Orders where the online payment has failed or the online payment process has not been completed will be automatically cancelled.


How can I track my order?

Once we ship your order, we will send you the shipping confirmation with a link to track your order. You can click on the link and check your status.


In which condition should I not accept the delivery?

Please do not accept if the package has tampered. Note down the courier consignment number and immediately report to us on our support contact number. Accepting an already open parcel would not make the customer eligible for any refund or reshipment.


What should I do if I have received a different order?

In case you have received a different product, please contact us through mail or customer care service and we will ensure that it will be replaced as soon as possible.


What are your Shipping Costs?

FREE SHIPPING every day on orders over 500.00 And Standard Shipping of 99.00 for all orders less than 500.00. Once you order reaches 500.00, free shipping will be applied automatically. No code necessary. The minimum purchase amount does not include gift-wrap charges or sales tax.


What are your Shipping Methods?

We use different carriers for shipping methods, to make sure your order reach you on time: India Post, FedEx, Blue Dart, DHL, DTDC And First Flight. We also have cash on delivery available for most pin codes. We will use most suitable delivery method, depending on shipping destination and weight of your package.
